If you're interested in doing Pilates, having a healthier lifestyle, or finding a new hobby, you've come to the right place!

Pilates as a sport, is extremely helpful to one's well-being, as it focuses on strengthening your body, stretching out your muscles and improving on your breath.

My name is Ana, An Architect and Pilates instructor, and I want nothing more than to help people find joy in pilates, just as I do. As a part time Architect, I find that, just as we look after and improve our living homes, we must also pay attention to the most important home for ourselves; Our body.

In your Pilates journey, I will help you to regain your balance, build strong foundations, improve your posture and help you feel a little bit taller after every class.

We will focus on breathing, your anchor to inner peace and calm in the turbulent world we are currently living in.

My classes are able to cater to whatever your needs may be, as I believe that everyone should deserve the chance to take part in Pilates and find inner peace, and I do not discriminate against disabilities, race or sexuality.

Classes range from gentle seating to standing Pilates, mixed ability to advanced. None of us are the same, and thus, are all able to achieve different goals in a day, and as humans that is completely acceptable. Depending on how you feel that day, I can alternate your Pilates routine to better suit you.

The class is not a competition with others but a celebration of what our bodies can achieve.

It is a journey that we will embark on together.

Currently I run beginner to intermediate classes in Blebocraigs Hall and Intermediate to Advanced at Dairsie Hall, both just outside of St Andrews, Fife.

For private 1-1 classes I can come to your house at your convenience.

Sometimes the most important thing is just to show up and  I look forward to sharing the joys of this journey with you!

Love, Ana xx

What customers have to say

Classes we offer

Gentle pilates
Set for those whose range of motion might be limited or are recovering from the injury or have any other health issues that limit their movements. They are exactly what their name is- Gentle.
Mixed ability class
suitable for beginners or those who have been doing Pilates before. This class offers each exercise at a different level from beginner to medium or advanced to suit your needs. It is a flowing class, always made differently and always finished with stretches and/or relaxation.

Seating to standing
I specifically love this class as we transfer ourselves vertically and the wall becomes our mat. We explore the same exercises but from a different perspective. Nonetheless, we exercise all the same groups of muscles, keep to the Pilates principles on law impact, engaging core, and exploring slow controlled movement in the rhythm of our breath. We move from standing to seating to standing again, we change and we adapt to how we feel at the moment. This class is suitable for those who find it hard getting down onto the mat, have knee problems, and clients with multiple sclerosis (MS).
Intermediate to advanced
For those who have been doing pilates before. This class has a flow, is always fun and challenging. The routine is changed weekly, often with added small equipment. However, it still offers an adaptation of exercises if you have any health concerns on the day. This class is suitable for runners, horse-riders, tennis players, golfers, etc. Warm-up is usually more intense but we always finish with a good stretch.

Postnatal class

New mums taking part in post-natal Pilates classes should expect a gentle reintroductions to exercise. You will learn basic core stability exercises which directly target the area affected during pregnancy (pelvic floor muscles, abdominal muscles, and posture). The Pilates exercises are mat-based with the use of small equipment, all taught by trained antenatal and postnatal Pilates coach.
Group is small enough that everyone can get enough attention from the trainer and work in a positive environment towards its own set goals.
