Please find below some useful information and timetable and membership blocks for classes

All classes are run in person in the village halls as per class schedule (availability depends so please confirm your chosen timeslot before purchasing your block), or if private 1on1 at your own home.

If you wish to rebook your class, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice, otherwise it will be counted as an non-attended class. Alternatively, you can always attend another class the same week as long as you are renewing your block every 4 weeks.

Each block starts on the 1st of the month and must be purchased before the first class.

Clients must arrive on time and be ready for class starting.

The most popular block. Every routine is the right path to success. Creating a healthy routine helps us to keep fit and build up our core strength, stamina, routine, and flexibility.

The Monthly block of 4 classes, must be used within one month.

-Class capacity has been reduced to allow safe distance mats so please plan and book your classes in advance

- The 24-hour cancellation window still applies so please be respectful of the studio and manage your bookings carefully, if you cancel within 24 hours window, your missed class can be moved to another time of your choice (subject to availability).

This is the best package for busy people who might find that once a month they might have something else going on so 3 classes a month a perfect fit.

For those odd months, where we just have one more week squeezed in;-)

Please check in advance how many weeks will you be having on your day in the current month.
