This is the best class for those recovering from the specific injury or who have a specific health condition and was recommended by their physio or GP to start with Pilates.

Often it is best to have 5 classes before you know what is the adaptation of certain exercises to your own body and after that, you might feel more comfortable joining group classes.

This class is 45 minutes long and can be booked at the time it suits you,at least 24 hours in advance.
The class is run at your own place and I will bring props and mats.
The maximum distance I will travel to your home is 15 miles from Pitscottie.
